exchange4media - Junior Social Media Role (1-4 yrs)
1. Oversee all aspects of Social Media communication, engagement and marketing of events
2. Manage content of all Social Media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
3. Implementing Social Media strategies, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product adoption.
4. Monitor trends in Social Media channels.
5. Enhance social media outlets and opportunities to maintain communication and build fan base.
6. Create and manage all Social Media campaigns with an emphasis on engagement.
7. Community building/growth using different engagement tactics including "Videos" and other trending content genres.
8. Work closely with the editorial team to coordinate and create relevant content for all social media channels and the blogs.
9. Work closely with the Technical team to develop apps, custom tabs and any other technical project.
10. Be the social media advocate and evangelist within the company.
11. Collaborate and work closely with other functional areas
Desired Skills and Experience :
1. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook; Twitter; YouTube; Linkedin; Instagram; etc.
2. Understanding of Digital Media
3. Strong organizational and project management skills
4. Strong written communication skills
5. Knowledge of web analytic tools
