exchange4media is a leading platform in the marketing, media, and advertising industry, known for its specialized publications and influential events.
Responsibilities :
- Managing client centric operations & ensuring client satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients ensuring high customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Assist with inputs and data required for conducting reviews for arriving at strategic decisions
- Update sales MIS tracker on daily, weekly & monthly basis with correct reports. Collating,
- Compiling & preparing MIS regularly
- Extensive calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external teams
- Responsible to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure confidential information is securely handled with high level of integrity & discretion
- Provide support to Sales & Events team. This includes fixing appointment & organizing meetings & tele- conferences, video conferences, drafting agendas, minute preparation, handling official & business correspondence.
- Develop system of follow up, track on pending assignments, MIS and assist sales/events team for feedback, coordination & information.
- Internal office Liaising on the behalf of sales/events team, especially with edit, design and technical support
- Support to leadership and team, often with deadline pressures and conflicting priorities
- Assist with inputs and data required for conducting reviews for arriving at strategic decisions
Skills/Experience :
- Knowledge of media, marketing, advertising, technology industry would be preferred.
- Ability to organize, plan, present and close deals in a logical manner.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and build rapport at a senior level
