Excetra - Manager - Sales (3-8 yrs)
- The role will be part of the founding team thus more entrepreneurial in spirit with the overall objective of company goals being achieved not limited to individual roles.
- Assessing Market product fit & tweaking offering
- Developing & Implementing Sales / Marketing Strategy
- Identifying key accounts & Mapping them
- Aggressive sales push with key accounts
- Negotiations & sales closure
- Client servicing of requirements culled out to ops
- Ownership of the entire physical user experience & enhancing it
- User experience enhancers like physical Loyalty Rewards
- User add ons integration like of L&D course providers like udemy, fitness like cult, transport like yulu, engagement platforms like samara etc.
- Regular & purpose driven feedback from clients / users
- Converting feedback into actionable goals & action them out
