ExcelR - Strategic Alliance Manager (2-5 yrs)
Position overview :
- As a client acquisition specialist, your role is to help the Corporate Strategic Alliance department develop leads for potential new accounts.
- Typically, your work involves making calls to new IT clients from existing client database to discuss job opportunities for the trained students with ExcelR.
- As part of your roles and responsibilities, you have to reach out to new clients by finding them on the google following different IT company websites, job portals to generate leads and identify the decision makers within targeted leads and convert them as key accounts to receive the job openings from them on regular basis.
- This pivotal role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment landscape to effectively place our technologically adept freshers.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategize and oversee the execution of outreach programs to connect with corporates, gauging their hiring needs for freshers.
2. Presenting our value proposition, and securing recruitment deals.
3. Negotiate and finalize MOUs with corporates for engaging in campus drives and other collaborative recruitment activities.
4. Plan, organize, and manage campus recruitment events, ensuring a smooth and beneficial process for both corporates and students.
5. Liaise with our training department to align student skill sets with corporate expectations, maximizing placement success.
6. Cultivate and maintain a strong network of corporate contacts, staying updated on industry trends and recruitment opportunities.
7. Offer guidance and support to students throughout the placement process, aiming to enhance their employability.
8. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of placement strategies, corporate feedback, and student placement outcomes to continually refine our approach
9. Maintain and expand a robust network of corporate contacts, keeping abreast of industry trends and opportunities.
10. Monitor and report on placement activities, outcomes, and corporate feedback to continuously improve our placement strategies.

13. You will make outbound calls to potential IT clients/companies and persuade them to sign the MOU's with ExcelR and convince for a in person meeting with our field managers.
Basic Qualifications Required :
- Bachelor's Degree/MBA with minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in client acquisition activity.
- Making outbound calls
- Complete forms and record logs to document the data collected from clients.
- Maintain database by enter, verify, and back up data in databases.
- Managing key accounts
- A Track record of coordinating with field teams and negotiating with corporates.
- Extensive network of corporate contacts preferably IT companies
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
