Job Description

- Present our Products in the best light to Prospects and Customers

- Lead overall Presales responsibility for Platform and point solutions around platform.

- Carry out scoping studies with prospects and articulate solutions that addresses their business pains.

- Preparation of Technical & Commercial proposal for the proposed products/Services

- Manage to key deliverables and milestones, ensuring the overall submission to client is best in class, including marketing material, proposals, RFI, RFP and other presentation

- Proactively pitching business capabilities to potential clients

- Show case the demo of the products

- Should have good knowledge and understanding of ERP or DMS Products

- Should understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs

- Prepare sales collaterals (e.g. Presentation, Proposals, Cost sheet and Product Brochures) about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales & marketing department

- Prepare the Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

- Ensuring product configuration in line with customer requirement

- Respond to RFP's

- Design new solutions as per customer requirement

Desired Candidate Details :

- Experience of 5 to 9 years in doing pre-sales

- demos of products, proposal writing, presentation creation and delivery, competition research and analysis

- Exposure to some manufacturing vertical will be good.

- Experience writing content, blog, whitepapers etc will be a big plus

- Has to have experience working on a product or in a product company

- Exposure to social media engagement will be an added advantage.

- Should have successful track record of delivery or presales for Enterprise product or solution.

- Should be able to interact with CIOs / Business heads and have ability to conduct/Industry specific Demo / workshops / value discovery sessions.

- Act as a solid link between the Sales, Prospect and Technical team.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills

- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills

- Good understanding of latest technology trends

- Able to work on assignments and problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
