Excellon Software - Associate - Sales (0-2 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Key target carrying role for software solution sales, primarily in Domestic and also in International Market - for enterprise solutions like DMS (Dealer Management Systems) OR ERP.
- Responsible for Business Development - to map and penetrate large new logo accounts
- Responsible for new business development through a solutioning approach by pitching Integrated Business Solutioning capabilities and capturing and understanding the business case and requirements to propose the right solution
- Responsible for interactions with CXO level client contacts to take the sales process to closure
- Sales Cycle Management
- Working directly to generate leads and convert business from large account prospects through the entire Sales Cycle to Closure
- Creating and reporting on the Sales Funnel with clear understanding of customers' evaluation and buying process to assess each case at the appropriate funnel stage
- Coordination with the Customer & pre-sales/solutioning, delivery and support teams
- Responsible for making presentations.
- Negotiate and constructively managing conflicts.
- Building long term relationship with the existing & new Customers
Work Experience :
- Knowledge and experience of selling various ERP/DMS Solutions.
- Should have exposure and knowledge of the target market in the region.
- Must have thorough knowledge of business processes problems with the ability to provide solutions.
- Should have license sales experience to major automotive companies, general engineering and industrial equipment sector.
- Achieve personal sales quotas, team sales quota for the given location.
- Well organized, self-motivated with a proven track record of success in new business sales.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Team player with good Interpersonal skills.
- Must possess good communication and presentation skill.
