Excellence Technologies - Community Manager (0-1 yrs)

- Community Manager directly reports to the Manager of xSpaces and will be responsible for engagement and development at xSpaces.

- Introduce new members into the community
Understand the need
- Problem solver and interactive, maybe going a little extra to ask about their day to day activities or concerns and helping them out
- Organizing fun social events, and encouraging people to participate
- Making sure the space has not run out of tea/coffee
- Receiving feedback and analyze where the services can be improved
Major Responsibilities:
- Interacting with co-worker's and being their "go-to person"
- Handling co-worker's queries and solving any issues that they may face at xSpaces
- Collecting feedback from time to time
- Handling smooth operations and managing facilities at xSpaces to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing basic Administration: from anything like handling internet issues to invoicing, billing, basic accounting, etc.
- Introduce xSpaces and Services we offer to the leads who visit xSpaces and periodically tracking and maintaining this data to contribute towards business development
- Networking through social media and making active connections
- Managing unique culture through organizing events and other activities
- Manage Social Media, Mailing List, etc. to spread word about xSpaces and services we offer
