Roles and Responsibilities :
- Experience in resolving product or service problems by clarifying the client/customer's complaint via email, chat or call.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team - sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Experience in handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Preparing the reports and maintaining complaints register.
- Should have - the capability to do basic sales and convening - the customer to buy our product.
Requirements :
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Should be ready work in Shifts ( Day Shift or Afternoon Shift)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
