As a Business Development Person, you will:
1. Client Acquisition and Retention:
Prospect Research : Identify potential clients in the personnel assessments space.
Sales Outreach : Reach out to decision-makers, understand their pain points, and propose relevant solutions.
Contract Negotiation : Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring win-win outcomes.

2. Market Intelligence and Strategy:
Industry Trends: Stay abreast of trends in personnel assessments, including domain-specific assessments, behavioral profiling, and aptitude testing.
Competitor Analysis: Understand competitor offerings and position our solutions effectively.
Market Segmentation: Identify target segments and tailor strategies accordingly.
3. Solution Design and Presentation:
Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements.
Customization: Work with internal teams to design customized assessment solutions.
Pitch and Proposal: Create compelling presentations and proposals for clients.
4. Sales Pipeline Management:
Lead Generation: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Sales Funnel Tracking: Monitor leads, prospects, and conversions.
Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts.
5. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:
Internal Alignment : Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams.
