Exalt Communication Infomedia - Delegate Sales Executive - Events (0-2 yrs)
Oversee and take ownership of the delegate sales process, including building and managing a pipeline and reporting on all activities
- Be responsible for the acquisition of new and repeat attendees on our courses and conferences, generating revenue for the company by utilising its profile and status.
- Work with the Production team to prepare sales pitches that attract new attendees at all levels
- Monitor, record and meet/ exceed pre-agreed KPI's which will include number of dials and revenue targets
- Liaise as appropriate, with the events team in order to keep them up-to-date on delegate acquisition activities
- A complete record of calls and sales made for each client or prospect; order forms completed accurately and legibly
- To plan the working day and activity planner in order to achieve the department's objectives, having due regard to priorities
- To be able to work extra hours as and when required
- You may when required be expected to present at certain events and meet clients directly
- Perform any other duties as reasonably correspond to the general character of the post and are commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility
- Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives for the scheduled and allocated conferences
- To make calls as per pre-determined targets, per day on average over a week and send the daily report sheet to your line manager
- Knowledge of different segments of Construction and Infrastructure Sector will be an added advantage.
- To sell on whichever event as necessity demands as directed by your line manager
Qualification:
Any Graduate. Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in phone based sales role in conference & training / banking / Privilege Cards sectors.
Good verbal and written communication. Proficiency in MS Office.
Good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
