Evolve - Executive - Digital Marketing (1-2 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Write engaging content for all kinds of marketing assets and collateral, including but not limited to Instagram captions, blogs, emailers, brochures, press releases, presentations, cold emails, influencer outreach, etc.
- Working with the marketing team to test new marketing campaigns, identify potential online marketing channels, as well as advise on creation of creative digital assets like lead magnets, infographics, case studies, etc.
- Monitor and map progress of online marketing activities using various analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Assist the marketing team with content ideation, creation and distribution.
- Assist the marketing team with research, development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research and implement cold marketing strategies via various platforms, for example, LinkedIn.
- Work with the marketing team in scaling brand and company awareness via various online and offline SEO activities.
- Work with the marketing team to create and implement website improvement strategies on a monthly basis.
- Attending on ground events and exhibitions to enable content curation and creation.
Technical Skill Requirements For The Role :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Working understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, You tube, LinkedIn, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Working understanding of content marketing
- Basic knowledge of graphic design
- Have personal or professional experience in creating content like statics, videos, reels using mobile applications like VN, EasyCut, InShot, etc. and basic graphic software's like Canva
- Great at writing long and short form content
- Great at all kinds of research
- Education in design or advertising will be an added advantage
Soft Skill Requirements For The Role :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to self schedule, prioritise and work across multiple projects.
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle critical feedback
