Job Summary :

A business development executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business from the international Market in various technologies. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional interpersonal skills. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for generating business through bidding portals, cold calling, email marketing, social media marketing.

- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.

- Analyses of market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

- Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and balance strategic and tactical issues.

- Responsible for communication with the client and maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing clients.

- Developing quotes and proposals

- Keep prospective client database updated

- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

- Coordinating with the business development manager, project manager, and Development Teams.

Education and Training:

Bachelor's degree

Skills and Abilities :

- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation skills, and IT fluency

- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems

- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

- Ability to strike a conversation and build rapport with international clients.

- Excellent time management and organization

- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services

- Strong negotiation skills for effective deal closure.

- Should have the zeal to work in the global scenario.

- Experience in Outsourcing business from the International Market is a plus.

- International client calling experience, and technology background.

- Must have experience of International IT Client generation.

- Must be currently working with any IT Company

- Reporting about the Day-to-day Progress to your manager.
