Evince Development - Manager - Digital Marketing (2-10 yrs)
1. Job Briefing
EvinceDev (Evince Development) is looking for Digital Marketing Manager as per the requirements described below. Following are the Brief points of the Job requirements
- Candidate should be enthusiastic, outgoing, well-spoken, and quick to learn.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
2. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years- experience in as digital marketing manager position.
3. Must Have Skills

- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Detailed digital campaign planning and management skills
4. Primary Skills:
- Demonstrable problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Very strong analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of algorithm of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
