EveryMedia Technologies - Social Media Analyst (2-4 yrs)
- Assessing online conversations about brand to help augment client's online reputation by amplifying the positive conversations and reducing the effect of the negatives ones.
- Using social media services and tools to help client engage with their consumers and resolve their issues real time across social media platforms.
- Listening to conversations on social media for information on brands about their products, services, category or industry.
- Providing detailed sentiment analysis for every relevant mention which further helps to track the root cause.
- Further analyse the Detractor or an Influencer based on the popularity or velocity of the author.
- Manage response management process on various Social Media platforms for e.g. Facebook, Twitter Forums etc.
- Sharing Daily/Weekly dashboard with entire classified data and Monthly Social Media Listening and Analytics Report with detail analysis using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Google+ Analytics, and YouTube Analytics.
- Share detailed analysis on competitor and industry report as and when required
- Effectively and proactively communicate with internal/external clients, team members, vendors/partners to ensure successful project execution
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time; on budget and meet the client's requirements
- Building and Managing team to achieve business goals and revenues
- Ensuring team members are meeting quality and all the defined targets within agreed SLA's
- To get the team to scrutinise the unstructured information using the right tools and analytics to extract actionable insights to help client take more informed decisions.
