Key Responsibilities:
- Develop digital marketing strategies to improve awareness, engagement, new customer acquisition (Cross-Sell/Up-Sell), and support client retention.
- Has experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms including but not limited to Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, HootSuite, TweetDeck, and our own products
- Work with brands / clients to explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns
- Take a proactive approach to account and relationship management with the goal of providing superior customer experience
- Responsible in providing innovative solutions to clients/campaigns
- Manage day to day operations of the team and escalation point for the accounts/campaigns running under him/her
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Conduct research of companies, preparing presentations, building databases and lead generation
- Conceive, create and executive online media and marketing programs.
- Ensure smooth intra team communications and process deliveries. Ensure smooth intra team communications and process deliveries.
- Ensuring proper protocol and communication etiquettes are adhered to at all times (for ex: emails, deadlines on deliverables, follow-ups, timely responses to clients and colleagues, etc..)
Reports To: Vice President/CEO
Qualifications: Graduates (BA, BSc, BMM etc..), Postgraduates, Any higher professional qualifications (for example: MBA, PGDBM etc...)
Experience: 5-10 years of Digital Marketing experience from Agency background is preferred.
