Evervantage Consulting - Relationship Manager - Transactional Assistance & Sales (5-10 yrs)
Roles :
- Build strong personal relationships with clients as their primary point of contact
- Take client handover from sales team and understand the client's requirement
- Coordinate with clients for collating necessary data points
- Coordinate and assist the uploader with the data points
- Act as the functional bridge between the client and the platform
- Follow up regularly with existing clients to ensure they are happy
- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product team
- Sourcing, onboarding, and managing channel partners on to the platform
- Assisting clients through the decision-making process with negotiation assistance
- Project recommendation and follow-up communication to foster a long-term relationship both pre-sales and post-sales.
Skills :
- Experience in post-sales client management in Proptech or with a real estate developer
- Inter-departmental coordination
- Possessing a sharp eye for detail and strong customer service orientation
- Possessing superior presentation skills
- Excellent speaking and writing skills
- Well-versed with Excel and CRM software
- Ability to manage many clients simultaneously
City : Nariman Point, Mumbai
Experience : Relevant 3-6 years with Real Estate Developer, Proptech, IPC or Property mandate firms
