Evershine Builders - Executive - Sales (4-6 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Virar Location
- Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective clients in order to generate sales.
- Generating leads of Clients through outbound and inbound calls.
- Mailer, SMS Activity, Data Management, Coordination with Brokers.
- Sending thank you mailers to walk-ins customers.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- The candidates will be responsible to create channel partners/brokers.
- Handle the walk-in customers at the site and show them the property.
- Responsible for the closure of sales and completing targets.
- Understanding needs of the customer and pitching the product.
- Handling the walk-in customers.
- Convincing prospective clients of company to visit the site and scheduling appointments.
- Negotiating with the customers and closing deals with the help of team leads.
- Visiting the channel partners and giving them our product information
- Convincing the channel partners to visit our site
- Encouraging the channel partners to bring in more walk in clients and pushing them for closures
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible for networking with Channel Partners
- Candidates from Western Suburbs ( Virar - Borivali, Virar - Dahanu) Preferred
- Good knowledge of computers and telephone systems
- Attractive Salary + Incentives.
