Job Description :
The primary role of the Inside Sales (International) Manager is to work with the team for the revenue cycle worldwide by selling our event services. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making calls, using automated tools per day to fit in your targets, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying leads and closing sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails for Business Development and Revenue Generation
- In Either of the cases the Data may be assigned and sometimes Lead would be provided for Closure
- Is able Understand customer needs and requirements
- Has the ability to understand the current work-process for Clients Acquisition Teams and re-define as per the best possible manner in times to come
- Has the ability to Close sales and achieve daily and monthly quotas
- Daily Reporting to the Sales Head for the numbers and challenges breakthrough suggestions
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Has to Team-up with external partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Has to Perform effective online demonstrations to leads and at times be a moderator in online sessions
- Leverage Technology or Process Automation for driving down results
- Keeps Innovating with need-work analysis and accepts Feedbacks with Improvements
Education and/or Experience Requirements :
- 3-6 Years of Sales\Marketing Experience; with major proportion of proven Inside Sales
- Candidate with U.S. and U.K. Sales Experience would be preferred
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience of calls handling
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools such as Go-to-Meetings and WebEx
- Experience working with Bitrix, Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- BA/BBA/BS/MBA-Marketing degree or equivalent

- Good written and verbal communication skills - ability to strategically, logically and concisely convey meaning to communicate information to non-technical and executive personnel.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Understanding of the Inside International Sales Process, Automation and Technology and Revenue Generation
- Flexibility of the working hours as this may be on rotational shifts
- Consistent Evaluation and Upgrading the Processes for Better Results
