EventBeep - University Relations Manager (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Meet with the Directors, Principals & Chancellors of colleges and universities
- Build and manage a nationwide sales team for onboarding colleges
- Build a rapidly growing & scaling team to acquire colleges at rocket speed.
- Create a sales playbook, and set up infrastructure & processes in place to scale.
- Revamp the college infrastructure and build a gamified technology for colleges
- Onboard Tier 1 - Tier 3 colleges & universities across the nation.
- Sign partnerships & MOUs with colleges.
- Grow into the role to potentially become a VP of Business - B2B
- Help colleges rebuild their infrastructure at lightning-fast speeds.
- Cohort-based analysis, seeing through the data & analytics
- Working on the college product and executing activities on college campuses.
Qualifications :
- Passion for communicating with people
- 3+ Year experience in Business & Sales
- Completed graduation
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company - strong interpersonal skills
- Public Speaking skills
- Attention to detail & analytics
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of technology
- Leadership & Team building skills
