Event Marketing to CXOs - BPO (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- Make telephone calls to prospects (Top Management) for inviting them to events
- eMail marketing for events, conferences and conclaves to the target audience
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
- Attend campaign briefings
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns
- Maintain confidentiality
- Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
- Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct
- Provide feedback and input to script and copy development
- Record details of opportunities and lead notes
Selection Criteria :
- Excellent sales skills
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in BPO (Voice Profile)
- Good communication and 'people skills'
- The ability to build good working relationships with all kinds of people
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good negotiation skills
- A knowledge of marketing
- The ability to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative
