Event Manager (6-9 yrs)
Role & responsibilities :
- Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and production, including budget management, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution. They will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful and memorable events.
- Key relationship building: identifying, matching needs, proposal building with sponsors for corporate events of scale.
- Prior experience in managing strategic partnerships, preferably with the events background.
- Maintains multiple event operations calendars.
- Market Intelligence : Identify and analyze competition and stay abreast with the latest event trends.
- Regular scheduling of booking requests and meetings management.
- Coordinates between all stakeholders to set up an offsite or onsite event.
- Ensure a prompt and systematic response to all servicing inquiries.
- Final sign-off on all the estimates, payables, and invoices (Profit and Loss) after the approval from HOD.
- Vendor Management - Create an effective and viable preferred vendor list, Vendor Finalization for each event (based on the size of the event) with consultation of HOD, Download of event brief to vendors along with the team, Final Negotiation (PO) with consultation of HOD
- Pre-event, on-event, and post-event coordination with internal departments.
- Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including webinars, workshops, seminars, conferences, and virtual events.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Should be comfortable to work in flexible shift timings.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics effectively.
NOTE- Handling International events virtually is must
