Event Manager (3-5 yrs)
Core KRA to be generative revenue/ revenue enhancement
- Growth from corporates at large addressing their needs for corporate gatherings, experiences, offsites, L&D and engagement programs.
- Alliances and partnerships to be the means to an end.
- Clear focus on revenue and business growth. It is a sales and BD role fundamentally not a marketing role.
- Ideally we should look at aggressive go-getters from the MICE trade who can also come on board with captive relationships and business pipeline.
