Event Management Role (10-14 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all events, ensuring seamless delivery from conception to completion.
- Lead a team of event coordinators and specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to maximise their performance and professional development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, preferences, and expectations to deliver tailored event solutions that surpass their needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to develop creative concepts, themes, and strategies that align with client goals and company standards.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, optimizing efficiency and profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business
Administration, or related field preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in event management, with a proven track record of successfully executing diverse events of varying scales and complexities.
- Strong leadership abilities, with demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve collective goals and deliver outstanding results
