Job Description :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Event Executive to join our health club team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing events, promotional activities, road shows, and mall events to enhance brand visibility and drive membership sales.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, organize, and execute events such as health workshops, fitness boot camps, promotional activities, roadshows, and mall events to promote the health club.

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for smooth event planning and execution.

- Create engaging promotional strategies for events to ensure high participation and customer engagement.

- Develop innovative ideas for campaigns to attract prospective members and retain current members.

- Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective solutions.

- Monitor and evaluate event performance, including feedback collection and analysis to improve future events.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for events.

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during events.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in event management, preferably in health clubs, fitness, hospitality, or related industries.

- Proven experience organizing promotional events, roadshows, and mall activities.

- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required for events.
