Event Coordinators & Client Servicing Role - Media (2-3 yrs)
A multi-platform new age niche media company that owns and operates proprietary marketing events, account based marketing (ABM) solutions and digital platforms with a focus on ICT Enterprises, the CIO Community and Technology Startups.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketers to join our Audience development team based in Chandivali, Mumbai
KRA includes
- To reach out to identified C level executives ( CIO / CFO and similar ) over the phone and follow-up on invitations sent to them for our events
- Explain to them the key features of the program and the benefits ( as per script provided) and therefore generate interest in the for attending the program
- Tele-calling to update our database as a when required
- Key traits includes - must be friendly, polite and persuasive and also be patient to do relevant follow-ups till you reach the message across to the person called
- Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Record details accurately - good MS office skills especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel to our events to handle tasks assigned on ground
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar customer service, audience development role.
