Event Coordinator (1-3 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conducting Venue visits
2. Coordinating with the vendors and internal team on pre event preparations
3. Travel / accommodation planning and budget planning
4. Venue Coordination
5. Vendor coordination
6. Logistics planning / coordination Providing regular updates to all stakeholders on the day of event
7. Provide technical oversight on the day of event on event related activities Coordinate on post event wrap-up
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Strong work ethic and communication skills
3. Multilingual is a bonus
4. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.
Only Male candidates with 1+ year of experience, solid communication and proficient in (Telugu / Kannada), English and Hindi.
