Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to spearhead sponsorship and media sales for our diverse range of event IPs and concerts. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through strategic partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring the growth and sustainability of our properties.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance sponsorship and media sales.

- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads for potential sponsors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals that meet client needs.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management.

- Present and pitch sponsorship opportunities to prospective clients.

Requirements :

- 4-6 years of experience in Event, Advertising, or Media Sales.

- Proven track record in securing sponsorships and partnerships.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint or Canva.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
