Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- To achieve 100% of monthly or Annual Sales & Collection Targets.
- Look after the Bank Reconciliation.
- Minimize the defaulter risk in the area. Make sure that the defaulter case ratio is less then 0.5%
- Negotiate and close sale agreements with large customers
- Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and ensure they are met by each of Sales Associates
- Oversee and manage the day to day operation and workflow of the team in an organized and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain the effective organization of responsibility, training, coaching, recognition, workflow patterns and performance standards.
