Euro Foods - Area Sales Manager - Horeca Channel (3-5 yrs)
ASM (Area Sales Manager) : Only from Horeca & Bakery Industry/B2B
- Setting up channel partner's / Distributors network in his assigned territory.
- Drive primary & secondary sales for his territory.
- Very well versed with HORECA & Bakery industry.
- Achieve sales targets successfully by doing product demonstration.
- Design and implement strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in their geography.
- Build long term relationships with channel partners & clients and understanding their requirement for enhancement of business.
- Manage sales and revenue forecasting and SWOT analysis of his assigned territory.
- Share daily market report.
- Fully aware of emerging and untapped markets and pitch our product portfolio.
- Having complete information of competitor new product launch, pricing, promotional activities & schemes.
- Participation in BTL activation and events for the promotion of the products.
- Achieve the collection targets.
Experience and other requirements :
- 3 years to 5 years of working experience with Horeca & Bakery Industry/B2B
- Good in leading the Team.
- Initiative, attention to detail, very strong execution skills & Presentable
- Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
