Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Engage in inbound inquiries, nurture the inquiries and convert them to paid accounts.
- Consult customers to better understand their challenges and needs
- Identify opportunities to deliver web-based presentations over Skype, Teamviewer, Citrix etc
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Interpret metrics to increase revenue
- Leverage strong product knowledge and inside sales best practices to Eunimart's sales strategy for new sales
Qualifications and Skills :
- 1 to 3+ years experience in Sales
- 1 to 2+ years experience in Inside Sales, preferably in SaaS
- Proficiency in cloud-based business and communication tools
- Business and negotiation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable being on the phone and making several product demos.
- Experience with CRM
- The ideal candidate will
- High energy levels
- Have a proven ability to create their own channels for new leads
- Be able to provide evidence of ability to increase revenue
- Happily and consistently make a high volume sales presentations daily
