Eumentis - Business Development Executive (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the lead generation process to ensure that sales funnel is full of hot leads.
- Maximize sales funnel efficiency using effective communication and outreach activities.
- Create and manage cold email and account based marketing campaigns on Apollo.
- Use Apollo to find prospects that fit our ICP.
- Connect with prospects via email campaigns and/or LinkedIn.
- Use the campaign data, market research data and experience to maintain an updated ICP.
- Create hyper-personalized email and message copies for outreach activities.
- Do online research for best execution of outreach activities.
- Create and run targeted social media campaigns to boost engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve our lead generation process.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings and calls with the sales team.
- Participate in regular training sessions and webinars to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA or a bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a lead generation role.
- Must-have skills: Excellent communications skills in English and experience of using Apollo.io for email campaigns and prospecting.
- Strong skills in cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.
