As our Director of Sales Operations, you will be building and leading the sales front of the organization through actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media to Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists and
- Listen and draw out the concerns/problems of others to identify possible solutions
- Identify the traits of the ideal customer and seek to find others with the same traits
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services
- Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects
- Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company
- Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections if needed.
As the organization is young and dynamic so you will get the freedom to explore, flexibility to manage to get the desired results and work with our team as its core member.
