Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and management of influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media and influencer trends to start their career in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support: Assist in the creation and management of influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying potential influencers, managing outreach, and coordinating deliverables.
Relationship Building: Help in building and maintaining relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other key social media figures.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with influencers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Research and Analysis: Monitor influencer trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategies.
Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and ROI.
Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as contract management, payment processing, and content scheduling.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
