Job Description :

Designation : Customer Relationship Manager

Location : Sector-18,Gurugram

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support requests through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.

- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.

- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, CRM proficiency, and customer service skills.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and procedures, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.

- Aid in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience with our CRM services.

Qualifications & Skillset :

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a CRM environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
