Etech - Process Analyst - Customer Service - Voice Process (0-5 yrs)
As a Process Analyst (International Voice), you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our international customers through voice interactions. Your primary duties will include :
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction levels through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements :
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
