Overview:

ET Medialabs is looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling. The Digital Content Head will develop an engaging digital content and effective digital marketing campaigns, targeting CMOs, CEOs & Digital Marketeers. If you are obsessed with how to create the greatest reach and engagement for what you develop, and passionate about digital marketing, then this is the position for you.

Job Responsibilities :

- Drive content & design for website, social media, blog, ad creatives, PR, infographics, youtube channel etc

- Devise an engagement strategy with category/industry specific influencers to further brand visibility and authority, promote company authored thought leadership content through appropriate channels

- Establish a comprehensive SEO and content strategy to maximize industry traffic to our company channels

- Write unique content for company web pages, marketing collaterals, proposals, industry journals/websites, and social media platforms

- Re-packaging and distributing existing content resources to maintain a steady supply of marketing collaterals for website, events and digital ads

- Build and lead a team of 8-10 people comprising of designers, ui/ux designers, copywriters, content writers, social media executives, PR professionals, animation video experts etc.

- You will report to our CEO directly.

Education, Experience and Skills :

- Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in English/Journalism/Mathematics/Engineering.

- 2 years of experience in web content development.

- Demonstrated writing experience for various media types.

- Hands-on skills with a proven track record of working on a deadline.

- Ability to creatively generate interesting and compelling content.

- Strong interpersonal and project management skills; the ability to interact, collaborate, and negotiate effectively with a variety of individuals

- Experience with website analytics, search engine optimization, content platforms preferred.

- SaaS experience preferred

- Must have excellent written and verbal skills.

- Alumni from IIT/NIT/DU/BITS/NIFT/MICA/DCE/Tier I colleges preferred.
