Responsibilities:
1. Building relationships with potential customers and residential real estate buyers.
2. Know the ongoing real estate market.
3. Assist the customers about organization, project & product details; provide insights, USP's & specifications of the designated project.
4. Helping customers to shortlist inventory available in the project.
5. Assist the customer during site visits, analysis and recommendation about the project to the customer.
6. Assist the customers in finalizing & negotiating apartments.
7. Consult customer about different financing options - devise custom solution: best for the customer's portfolio.
8. Building relations with channel partners & assisting their customers.
9. Ensure complete customer servicing: documentation, follow ups, coordination.
