Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Open and maintain customer records by updating account information in the back-end

- Maintain close contact with sales representatives to obtain information regarding product performance, service requirements and customer requests

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint / issues

- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required

- Manages the office and administration duties as per the Company policy

What are we looking for?

- Having Experience in international semi- voice calling process.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English should be must

- Knowledge / understanding of online user behavior

- Excellent Telephone Etiquette and ability to demonstrate professional grammar and diction is a must

- Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint with excellent documentation and presentation skills

- Possess an ability to establish a report with customers, identify their concerns and needs and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
