ESCON Elevators - Senior Sales Manager (3-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsibility for Sales lead generation.
- Prepare Sales Budget and submit the same to the Reporting Authority for approval.
- Assign target for his team members and motivate his / her team to achieve the same.
- Meeting the Architects, Builders and Contractors or Decision making authorities to build strong relationship and bag business for the Company.
- Train, coach and motivate the Sales Executives periodically about the different sales techniques and subsequently enhance the sales revenue.
- Submitting Daily Sales report to immediate reporting authority.
- Meeting with existing clients relation equiry generation.
- Analyze market trends, customers- needs and competitive offerings and convincing clients.
- Giving customized solutions based on clients requirements.
- Explaining the civil & technical requirements of project based on General Arrangement Drawing (GAD)
- Preparing quotation and getting the orders with optimum profits to our company,which are matching the customer requirement.
- Maintaining good relationship with existing clients and drive for retaining the client base.
- Taking initiative to lead generation specified location.
- Devising the pricing strategy as per market needs and trends.
- Conducting market survey and identify the potential client base for generating new business opportunities.
Job Specification :
Qualification: Any graduate. MBA / PGDBA in Marketing is preferred
Experience: 5-10 years Sales experience in related industries such as fire fighting, DG sets or construction and building materials.
Preferred - candidates having experience in elevator industry.
- Achievement oriented.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Computers.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
