Job Description :

- Proposal coordinator for UOP India LST and UPT sales team.

- Responsible for tracking and downloading the tender documents/corrigendum from the tender portals and sharing them with the sales account teams.

- Check and prepare the tender pre-requisite documentation, track and chase approvals in LEAP/emails, and get the declarations signed before the bid submission date.

- Support the sales team members in any other requirements regarding bid submission.

- Take the lead role in organizing LST &UPT seminars, workshops, conferences on new technology & catalysts, etc. Support the teams with registration for industry conferences, etc.

- Work with Honeywell Customer care team and treasury team to get the bank guarantees, and SBLC issued as per need and on time. Should be able to get these EMD's, PBG's, ABG's issued for LST and UPT teams as per requirements and should develop skills to work independently with treasury and global customer care teams.

- Collate data for WHT tax order application from LST & UPT Sales & Service Managers and coordinate with the Fin/ credit collection group for getting the same.

- File the Sales orders in Salesforce and understand the basic functioning of Salesforce.

- Work with the GCC team for seamless order execution and track orders in execution. Highlight and challenges foreseen in order execution to the respective sales account managers.

- Work with legal teams to get agreements executed on the UOP side.

- Support the sales teams with their travel plans and any urgent change of plans.

- Work with Honeywell procurement and finance to get the digital signatures issued for UOP signatories.

- Help manage logistics for any customer visits to the UOP office.

- Ensure HR/HSE policies/procedures are maintained/followed.

Basic Candidate Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in any stream. Finance or logistics may be an added advantage.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, EPC, and technology licensing company. Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and LEAP may be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.

- Being completely self-motivated and dedicated.

- Must be willing to communicate with other UOP entities outside of normal Delhi office hours.
