Key Result Areas
- Achievement of renewals targets for the branch and ensure there are no renewals lost to the competitors
- Upselling % achievement on renewals to improve profitability
- Raise red flags to HO on Branch related pending tasks
- Monitor collections outstanding for Maintenance Department and ensure there are no long outstanding collections
Roles and Responsibilities :
Service Sales related :
- Collecting Lead from Lead Generators and follow up with New Customers for Third party AMC and Modernization.
- Updating the Lead Generators on latest market updates to generate more enquiries.
- Responsible for Sales from new AMCs, Repair and Modernization of Our lift and Third party lifts.
- Responsible for sales from AMC Renewal of existing Customers & recovery of lost lifts.
- Attending client meetings and submitting Quotations.
- Following up with clients for payment collections as per the AMC contract.
- Review discussions Front-line Technicians in order to understand customers views to improve our post sales services.
- Responsible for maintaining effective and cordial Relationship with Customers.
- Keeping track of free maintenance period of clients and following up for paid AMC Conversions
- Reporting the status to Operations Manager / Branch Manager.
- Ensure timely preparation of 3rd party AMC letter and due the follow up with Maintenance Sales team to close the business.
- Update the Maintenance his report every day.
- Maintain the data of Maintenance Sales business
- Negotiating and finalizing AMC rates with existing customers in consultation with HOD.
- To get the billings done from Accounts Department timely.
- Put efforts collections outstanding
