eScan Antivirus - Business Development Role - International Sales (2-4 yrs)
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.
- Maintain and expand the prospects database, by researching and identifying potential accounts (System Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Value Added Distributors, End Clients) through various online medium, towards developing sales opportunities.
- Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate and drive leads through defined Sales Process.
- Maintain open communication with customers, allowing for more accurate profiling of potential business and increased sales.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads and radiate sales.
- Work closely with SBU Leader, Local Sales Teams and International
- Account Managers to maximize every opportunity and grow existing business.
- Develop and manage major international customers & channel partners in order to secure business, while maximizing target profitability and margins.
- Customized and implemented business plans to recognize new opportunities and secure territory growth.
- Apprehend competitive landscape with a good understanding of the competition's strengths and weaknesses.
- Emphasize eScan product/service features and benefits, dispense product presentation, discuss and arrange technical demonstration, quote prices and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with strategic plan, developed by reporting manager.
- Contribute to Sales Forecast & Attain Set Targets for assigned region
- The employee once selected for a particular position in International sales and Business Development will be given a particular country/countries/region.
- He/she has to study the competitors by checking their websites,google &generating contacts through phone.
- Make phone calls to reach the Decision makers of the Company(MD,CEO,IT managers), introduce Do Profiling of the prospects in terms of their company profile,area of business and requirements.
- Offer eScan products to them and create interest to consider eScan.
- Offer our products and services; give them presentation and arrange product demonstrations required with technical team.
- Give proposals and close deals or arrange telecom with Senior Management.
- Managing and maintaining the order and the process throughout the Sales cycle
- To follow up with the previous cases
- To interact with the existing customers and ensure proactive selling of eScan via phone, email and chat
- Sending proposal/Pricing and achieving Target (monthly, quarterly and annually)
