Error Tech - Manager - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1) Business Development & Strategy:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
2) Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new deals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
3) Sales & Revenue Growth :
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
4) Proposal & Contract Development :
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Work with legal and finance teams to ensure deals are compliant and profitable.
5) Collaboration & Team Coordination :
- Partner with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align on business goals.
- Provide feedback on market needs to help refine product or service offerings.
6) Reporting & Analysis :
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and strategy.
