Experience : 1 to 5 Years
Experience : 1 - 5 years in the sales/marketing Field. Should have an experience in School ERP sales. Added advantage if the person has connections at Schools / pre-schools.
Role and responsibilities :
- Identify markets/schools where the ERP can be sold.
- Contacting potential clients via emails, cold calls, and exploratory visits.
- Visiting schools and making presentations and demos about the ERP.
- Arrange meetings with Senior Management/decision makers for closure of deals
- Organizing and driving events for lead sourcing and new territory expansions.
- Organizing and Handling of ATL/BTL marketing activities and events.
- Competitor analysis and developing intel on competitive landscape and competitor strategies.
- Tracking of various marketing activities to achieve better ROI and CPI.
- Achieving the planned targets and driving revenues for the org.
- Carrying out ERP Brand building and Brand Positioning activities.
- Assisting the Marketing Head in drafting proposals and ensuring deal closing.
- Meeting Clients, giving presentations, and engaging with clients on behalf of the organization.
- Monitor various business development activities and update the Marketing Head / CEO on the same.
- Monitor business improvement projects on regular basis and look into the strategic and operational initiatives.
- Work closely with the IT team for deal closure, product improvement, and market intel.
- Vendor Management.
- Event Management.
- Updating of Website and Collateral with new updates/changes.

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels internally as externally.
- Articulate and good negotiation skills.
- High achievement orientation with a will to take up additional responsibilities as and when opportunities arise.
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Would need to travel extensively and plan his visit schedules.
- Having a strong understanding of the School ERP business and competitors.
- Team player with a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
- Should be able to adapt and comfortable in coordinating with various people at all levels.
- Well-versed with MS Office, Internet, and presentation skills.
- Having a personal Two wheeler / Four wheeler is preferred.
