Key Accountabilities :
1. Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
2. Lead the day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns across ad platforms
3. Manage budgets and deliver performance marketing briefs across multiple channels; Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads and LinkedIn Ads
4. Work closely with clients to identify their priorities and develop effective
5. campaigns for achieving their goals
6. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
7. Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
8. Drive continued optimization of paid campaigns through performance analysis, ad copy testing, quality score improvement, keyword management etc.
9. Analyze data, develop observations and recommended improvements.
10. Articulate and synthesize data to internal team members to influence spending decisions/digital marketing strategies.
11. Responsible for sharing knowledge and information with the performance marketing team and internal stakeholders
12. Responsible for identifying, pitching and successfully winning new paid business for Eridium
13. Work closely with current Engage clients, highlighting opportunities to upsell and expand on current relationships
14. Constantly identify opportunities and methods to increase efficiencies through automation and tools
15. Manage daily performance reports and share insights with the team to achieve targets
16. Responsible for a successful track record of measuring and maximizing ROI across a variety of performance marketing channels and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements :
1. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, preferably in the Digital Marketing arena
2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
3. Experience managing, planning and optimising multiple live campaigns simultaneously
4. Ability to translate complex data concepts to easy to understand digestible decks . Sound experience in managing multiple projects
5. Proficiency with all ad platforms (Search, Social, and Programmatic)
6. Proven track record of creating and managing successful performance-based campaigns across various channels.
7. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
8. Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
9. Ability to prioritize strategically and analyze large sets of data.
