Ergode IT Services - Executive - Marketing (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies : Collaborate with the Manager to create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support overall business growth.
Project management : Oversee marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within the designated timelines and budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and digital, to drive successful campaign execution.
Brand management : Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Monitor brand guidelines and ensure adherence to established standards. Support the Manager in developing and implementing brand-building initiatives.
Content creation and management : Collaborate with the graphic designer in the team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and other digital assets. Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging.
Email Marketing : Plan and execute email campaigns to engage customers, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Create compelling email content and segment email lists for targeted messaging. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies.
ORM (Online Reputation Management) Management : Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries across online platforms. Encourage positive reviews and address negative feedback promptly. Analyze online sentiment and collaborate with teams to improve brand perception.
