eRevMax - German Language Specialist - Customer Support (3-5 yrs)
Location: Kolkata
Experience: Must have 3+ yrs. of experience in Customer Support related assignments in German Language.
Key areas of responsibilities :
Customer Support
- Support customers through resolving issues via email and telephone
- Perform local Triage on issues related, identifying the right questions for resolution by the technical team
- Escalate and track new issues to closure
- Interact with product development teams internally and externally, supporting partners and vendors
- Providing end users with the highest level of customer support possible
- Willing to work weekend, if necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Customer satisfaction
- Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations
- Build and maintain excellent and long term relationships with customers
- Link customer feedback to New Product Development.
Interaction:
This position has extensive daily interaction with hotels (clients), team members and various critical departments within the organization. In many cases, interactions with both internal and external parties will be at mid and upper management levels. This position also often acts as an intermediary between the company and our clients.
Requirements/ Qualification-
- Demonstrated experience in a technical support environment
- Excellent troubleshooting, data gathering and problem resolution skill
- Articulate communicator in German & English-Mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong presentation and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced team based environment
- Flexibility and good ability to deal with rapidly shifting priorities
