ERBrains Business Solutions - Account Manager - Inside Sales (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Account Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, building, and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to effectively position our products and services to meet their needs.
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure customer retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and present new solutions.
Sales & Business Development :
- Actively pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for penetrating key accounts and expanding market share.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
Product Knowledge :
- Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and M365 products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the marketplace.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any technical questions or concerns.
Customer Service & Support :
- Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed about product updates, enhancements, and upcoming releases.
- Advocate for customer needs and feedback internally, driving continuous improvement in our products and services.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and M365 products is required.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics CRM) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
