The selected candidates will have to perform the following:

a) Build up or use and existent database for customer presentations

a) Cold calling prospects or visiting them at their premises by walk in and leaving behind information

c) Fix meetings and make presentation for the product

d) Close the sale and co-ordinate collection of advances and delivery schedules

e) When the deliveries are available, co-ordinate with the operations team for getting the device delivered to the clients

- The employment will on a professional contract basis, thereby reducing the TDS (at just 10%) substantially. Besides, such a contract enables you to claim expenses such as petrol (conveyance), entertainment (restaurant bills), holidays (traveling) etc.

The compensation structure is as follows:

Fixed Monthly - Rs. 30,000

Incentives

- Sale of 21-40 devices - Rs. 1,750 per device

- Above 41 devices - Rs. 2,000 per device

Assuming that you are able to achieve the targeted sales of 60 devices per month, the compensation for the month would work out to be Rs. 1,05,000 as follows:

Fixed - Rs. 30,000

21-40 devices - 20- 1,750 - Rs. 35,000

20 more devices above 40 - Rs. 40,000 totalling to Rs. 1,05,000.

Our company as well as you will be even happier if more are sold - we will not limit your salary.

As this is a work from home profile without the need of daily reporting, the basic salary will be proportionately adjusted in the ratio of the shortfall. Suppose, you are able to sell only 15 devices, it will be considered as you have not worked for 6 days in a 24 day week and the salary paid out would be Rs. 22,500.
