Equirus Wealth Management - Virtual Relationship Manager (4-5 yrs)
- Onboarding and completing digital KYC requirements for all customer segments.
- Managing and resolving all customer queries on time.
- Contact existing or potential customers to inform them about investment products or service using scripts.
- Successfully answer investment product related queries if any on the call.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct HNI prospects to the field sales team if needed.
